  • Execute operational resilience activities across businesses and functions globally by coordinating and driving resilience initiatives with business segments and functions to ensure consistent implementation of resilience practices across the organization.
  • Serve as a subject matter specialist in Operational Resilience within 1LOD by developing and maintaining expertise in operational resilience frameworks, best practices, and regulatory requirements while providing guidance to business leaders and colleagues.
  • Support training and capability-building on resiliency requirements by assisting in developing training content and delivery and conducting training sessions for 1LOD personnel.

  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and meaningful opportunities.
  • The ability to make a difference and lasting impact on organizational resilience and risk management.
