The Director of IT Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing all information technology (IT) operations within the organization. This role ensures that IT systems, infrastructure, and services effectively support business goals, while maintaining performance, security, and scalability.
The Associate Director of IT Operations may act on behalf of the Director of IT according to their area of expertise. The Director of IT identifies one or more successors for each responsibility of the Associate Director to ensure operational continuity.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a management role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proven ability to drive innovation and implement process improvements. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
