This role is pivotal within the Financial Planning and Reporting team at one of Canada's fastest-growing financial institutions. The AD/Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Reporting, will utilize financial modeling and analytical skills to develop and enhance models and reports that inform key management decisions.
The successful candidate must demonstrate strong organization and multitasking skills, work independently with initiative, and pay close attention to detail. Although the role supervises two direct reports, a hands-on approach is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to collaborate with department heads and leadership. The ability to gather and document requirements effectively is crucial.
