Under the direction of a Senior Development Manager, the Associate Development Manager is responsible for assisting with planning and organizing various initiatives undertaken by the Development Division in a manner that supports TCHC’s tenant focused culture.
TCHC’s award-winning development initiatives include full-scale urban revitalizations, the development of mixed-use, mixed-income communities and the creation of infill high-rise, mid-rise and low-rise multi-family residential buildings. Community revitalizations are developed in partnership with private-market developers and involve working closely with our tenants and other community partners and stakeholders.
