Why BoomerangFX?

BoomerangFX is more than just a SaaS tech company – we’re North America’s fastest-growing cloud-based enterprise software and digital marketing firm, specializing in private-pay aesthetic medical practices across dermatology, med spa, plastic surgery, women’s health, cosmetic vision, dental, and hair restoration.

Backed by international private equity, BoomerangFX is capitalizing on a rare and resilient market opportunity. Our leadership team brings experience from Silicon Valley, digital marketing, fintech, and Fortune 100 tech firms. Our cloud-based SaaS platform powers thousands of healthcare providers, integrating practice management, EMR, analytics, digital advertising, and lead generation — enabling clinics to scale efficiently and profitably.

As we expand across North America and into international markets like Mexico, Australia, and the UK, we’re offering ambitious professionals the chance to make a real impact in modernizing healthcare. Join a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment with competitive compensation, and benefits.

This is a 5-day on-site role based in Mississauga.

Role Overview:

BoomerangFX is seeking a dynamic and highly capable Associate Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and executive leadership team. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive critical business initiatives, support cross-functional alignment, and help shape the company's strategic roadmap. You’ll operate at both the strategic and tactical levels — leading high-impact projects, solving complex challenges, and enabling our executive team to operate at maximum velocity.

This role is built for a strong generalist with a background in growth-stage tech, operations, corporate strategy, or product leadership. We’re looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, knows how to get things done without rigid processes, and can jump between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution with ease.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Growth

  • Drive key initiatives across the organization, including go-to-market strategies, operational scaling, and international expansion.
  • Act as a right hand to the CEO — ensuring top priorities move forward with urgency and cross-functional coordination.

Corporate Development & Partnerships

  • Lead mission-critical growth initiatives, including new market entry, product expansion, and M&A.
  • Source and evaluate strategic partnerships and acquisition targets; manage execution from diligence to integration.
  • Approach corporate development from an operator-first mindset, not a transactional one.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with department heads (Product, Marketing, Finance, Ops) to ensure alignment on strategic goals, execution timelines, and KPIs.
  • Solve operational friction points and drive process improvements that increase efficiency and visibility across the org.

Special Projects

  • Lead high-priority, time-sensitive projects that don’t fit neatly into any single function but are essential to company success.
  • Own internal frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems that enable better decision-making and organizational clarity.

Executive & Board Enablement

  • Prepare materials and communications for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Serve as a filter, organizer, and accelerant for the CEO and executive team to stay focused on the highest-impact activities.
  • Keep leadership informed on industry shifts, competitive threats, and new opportunities across tech, SaaS, and healthcare.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus, not a requirement.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in high-growth tech, healthcare, SaaS, or digital companies — ideally in strategy, operations, product, or corporate development roles.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving results across functions, leading projects from concept through execution.
  • Highly effective communicator with strong executive presence and organizational savvy.
  • Not a fit for rigid, finance-only operators — we’re looking for hands-on doers who can build, adapt, and move fast.

What We Offer

  • Compensation: $85,000–100,000 base salary + 30% performance-based bonus.
  • Benefits: Full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Perks: Paid time off, free on-site parking, access to an on-site gym, and a dynamic, mission-driven team.
