Job summary
A leading company in infrastructure is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead complex projects in alignment with organizational objectives. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project delivery, strategic stakeholder engagement, and financial assessment. This role is critical to ensuring timely and budget-compliant project outcomes while integrating community input throughout planning and execution.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in project planning, execution, or infrastructure delivery.
- PMP Certification is considered an asset.
- Experience engaging with government bodies, funders, and Indigenous stakeholders.

- Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop detailed business cases and project work plans, ensuring all deliverables are strategically aligned with community, financial, and operational goals.
- Oversee contractor selection and scope development while managing external vendors to meet project milestones and quality expectations.
- Support financial modelling processes to evaluate project viability, develop cost forecasts, and assess funding needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with funders, government stakeholders, and partners, ensuring transparent communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
- Guide community engagement strategies to ensure local voices are represented and integrated into all stages of planning and delivery.
Qualifications :
- Post-Secondary Education Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in project planning, execution, or infrastructure delivery—preferably in energy, telecom, or public works.
- Demonstrated success in financial modelling, business case development, and funding proposal writing.
- Experience engaging with government bodies, funders, and Indigenous stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
- PMP Certification is considered an asset.
