  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams in the evaluation, development, and commercialization of new snack products, from initial concept to launch.
  • Analytical Insights: Analyze market trends, consumer data, and financial performance to identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations. Leverage US data and historical trends to inform strategies for new product launches.
  • Sales Partnership: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop strategies to maximize sales and distribution.
  • Financial Management: Support budget management and analyze product-level P&L to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strategy Execution: Execute brand strategies and 12Q plans, including innovation, brand renovation, and packaging design, to achieve financial and volume targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with US counterparts to inform long-term brand strategy and execute shared projects.

  • MBA a plus.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Resourceful and independent worker with a can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.
  • Understanding of P&L mechanics and budget management.
  • A passion for the snacks category and a desire to bring innovative products to market.
