Key Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with portfolio companies to ensure sustained performance.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and execute strategic initiatives across the portfolio.
• Evaluate and contribute to business strategies, investment recommendations, and budgets.
• Support the preparation and tracking of portfolio company KPIs and valuations.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives such as acquisitions and divestitures.

Required Experience
