The Opportunity

The Associate Analyst will support the Commercial Funding Department to meet department and division goals.

How You Will Contribute

• Set up initial files for new funding transactions
• Complete loan setup in Optimus, including security and client info
• Deposit trust funds and set up mortgage accounts
• Coordinate with accounting for fund receipt and posting
• Process refunds and manage invoice payments
• Manage deposits, documentation, and reporting
• Create requisitions and assist with document execution
• File and organize departmental documents
• Process draw requests and handle special projects

The Experience You Need

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years in administration, preferably in commercial mortgages
• Mortgage knowledge and Optimus experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Team player with flexibility

Working Environment and Physical Demands

• Office setting with high-volume periods
• Sitting and repetitive computer use
• Multi-tasking including phone and computer work
