Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Acquisitions, the successful candidate will play a meaningful role in evaluating investment opportunities, shaping strategic decisions, and executing transactions from origination through closing.

This position offers hands-on exposure to the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and acquisition of large-scale, mixed-use high-rise residential developments across the Greater Toronto Area.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Acquisitions, and working closely with the firm's Partners and senior leadership team, the successful candidate will play a meaningful role in evaluating investment opportunities, shaping strategic decisions, and executing transactions from origination through closing. This is a demanding role suited for intellectually curious, entrepreneurial individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by ownership and accountability. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of strong analytical experience, a top-tier academic background, and a genuine long-term interest in real estate development.
