Job Responsibilities:

  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to procedures, regulations, and TD's ethical standards.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Build personal connections with customers to advise on banking solutions.
  • Promote a positive, diverse, and inclusive work environment, participating in personal development.
  • Assist team members, stay dedicated, and communicate effectively about routine activities.
  • Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience; undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills for a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet use.
  • Initiative, accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, calm and courteous demeanor.
