Responsibilities
  1. Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments following standard procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.
  2. Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions while maintaining confidentiality.
  3. Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
  4. Achieve goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and timely.
  5. Build personal connections with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.
  6. Promote a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment, participate in personal development.
  7. Support team members by respecting colleagues, staying dedicated, and sharing updates on routine activities.
  8. Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.
Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma and/or 1+ years relevant experience.
  • Additional education or experience is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and internet use.
  • Initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in a calm and courteous manner.
