Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Markham, Ontario seeks an Assisted Living Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership, support daily operations, and deliver high-quality resident care.

You will supervise team members, provide direct resident care, assist with scheduling and timekeeping, and help develop ISPs. Collaboration with Activities/Dining and participation in cross-functional meetings are essential to success. Evening/weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare.
• Supervisory or shift leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare

• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and care systems)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Pay Range:

23.75 - 29.75
