Job summary

You will assist with ADLs, follow ISP documentation, promote safety and independence, engage residents in activities, support dining services, and communicate with families and care leaders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment

• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Pay Range: 29.83 - 37.29

Employment Type: Casual

This position is classified as a casual role. Casual employees work on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed hours and are not considered permanent employees. Employment is not guaranteed for any specific duration and may be ended at any time in accordance with applicable employment standards.
