Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Fontainebleau, Quebec, is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to assist residents with daily living activities, promote safety and dignity, and support memory care programs.

You will follow individualized service plans, engage residents in daily activities, assist dining services, and communicate with families. Paid training and career growth opportunities are offered to eligible caregivers as part of Sunrise Senior Living's commitment to quality senior care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
