ACE Liquor Discounter – The Meadows is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and help lead a high-performing store team. If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys coaching others in a fast-paced retail setting, this is a great fit.

Requirements include 2+ years of retail experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role, ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain), ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• ProServe certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Strong communication, reliability and teamwork.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store staff in daily operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on staffing, operations and sales goals.
• Maintain compliance with Alberta liquor regulations and deliver great customer service.
• Assist with inventory counts, ordering, and financial documentation.
