Assistant Store Manager I

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for our store at [SHOPPING CENTER NAME], [CITY, STATE].

The successful candidate will leverage their retail management skills to:

  1. Foster a store environment that delivers authentic service and a Modern Luxury customer experience.
  2. Develop product knowledge and stay informed about current collections, sharing this knowledge with the team.
  3. Achieve sales goals through effective strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and building long-term relationships.
  4. Support teamwork, trust, and collaboration among staff, customers, and management.

  2. Knowledge of current fashion trends and marketplace competition.
  3. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and retail systems (inventory, sales reporting, labor management).
  5. Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
