We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to work at our [SHOPPING CENTER NAME] store in [CITY, STATE].

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Retail Management to:

  1. Foster a store environment that delivers renowned and authentic service to create a Modern Luxury customer experience
  2. Develop product knowledge skills and remain aware of current collections that are in-store and online; cascade and train information to the broader team
  3. Achieve and exceed goals through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining and building productive long-term relationships with existing customers
  4. Support an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers, customers, and supervisors
  5. Stay current with market competition, industry, fashion trends, and customer shopping behaviors
  6. Evaluate performance of all team members and provide consistent coaching where service and selling are top priorities; create and modify action plans for the continuous development of staff
  7. Demonstrate strong business acumen; strategically forecast, plan, and budget to the needs of the business (e.g., payrolls, staffing)
  8. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards including selling and service
  9. Serve as a leader within the building when upper management is out of the business

The accomplished individual will possess:

  1. At least 1 year of previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment (preferable)
  2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  3. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  4. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting, etc.)
  5. Effective communication skills (oral and written), ability to maneuver sales floor, and meet moderate stockroom lifting and store climbing requirements
  6. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
