Groupe Dynamite is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Garage stores in Toronto. You will support the Store Manager, lead a dynamic team, and drive sales while maintaining an engaging customer experience on the selling floor and online.

You will help optimise inventory, ensure brand presentation standards, and contribute to store operations—balancing leadership with hands-on involvement to deliver results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for fashion.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Able to adapt quickly in a changing business environment with proactive ideas.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all store operations.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Support inventory management and e-commerce fulfillment.
• Ensure brand standards in merchandising and presentation.
• Coordinate shipments and floor replenishment to optimise stock.
