Job summary

Groupe Dynamite in Canada seeks an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in all store operations and lead a high-performing team to drive sales. You will ensure a positive customer experience, optimize inventory processes, and uphold brand and visual standards on the sales floor and across digital channels.

You will contribute to inventory management, eCom fulfillment, and a strong store presence, while collaborating with teams to meet business goals with urgency and flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience in fashion retail or equivalent.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for fashion.
• Demonstrate solving skills and decision making abilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in a changing environment.
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Social media skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
• Provide leadership to optimize sales results and customer experience.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team on the sales floor and online.
