Kiokii Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations across our Markham store. You will help manage staff, schedules and customer service to drive sales while upholding brand standards.

The role requires retail leadership, excellent communication, and a hands-on approach to coaching the team. You will assist with recruitment, training, opening and setup, and respond to customer issues to ensure a positive shopping experience for all guests.

Qualificações

• 3 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proven leadership and customer service skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate team members within a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing and smooth operations.
• Supervise daily store activities and staff performance to drive sales.
• Communicate plans on sales targets, promotions, and marketing strategies.
• Provide guidance to maintain a positive work environment and staff development.
• Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and best practices.
• Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact in the Store Manager's absence.
• Support store opening and setup.
