Job summary

Dollarama in Windsor, ON is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and help achieve sales goals. This role acts as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence.

You will supervise staff, assist with merchandising, opening/closing duties, and coaching teams to deliver exceptional service. The position offers full-time hours and opportunities for career development within the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with operations and staff management.
• Merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Training, coaching, and developing employees.
• Cash management and store opening/closing duties as needed.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
