Job summary

Dollarama in Trois‑Rivières, QC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily retail operations and customer satisfaction. You will act as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, drive merchandising, and coach store staff to meet sales goals.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. This is a full‑time position with opportunities for development and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.
• Helping with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues.
