Job summary

Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Blainville, QC to support daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, and meet sales targets. You will act as Manager on Duty in the Manager's absence and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include overseeing merchandising, training staff, cash handling, opening/closing duties, and enforcing safety and policies while maintaining high visual standards and delivering strong results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
