Job summary

Dollarama is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our St-Bruno-de-Montarville store. In this full-time leadership role you’ll work closely with the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly and to support your team.

As MOD when the Store Manager is away, you’ll lead with a hands-on approach, manage inventory counts, uphold merchandising standards, and help recruit and train new employees to ensure policy adherence.

About the Role: Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager at Dollarama, your day-to-day will centre on keeping the store operating efficiently and effectively. • Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as needed
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
