Job summary

Red Apple Stores ULC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our New Hazelton, BC location. You will help run daily operations, ensure friendly service and maintain a welcoming store environment.

The role requires retail experience, the ability to lead a team, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Pay is $20.00 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store.
• Supervise the store and lead the team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Maintain and delegate daily tasks using the Store Tour Book.
• Order, receive and stock merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service at the register and beyond.
• Recruit, train and schedule Associates & Keyholders.
• Submit reports and payroll to Home Office.
• Assist the Store Manager with store paperwork, emails and other projects.

We are currently recruiting for anAssistant Store Managerin our New Hazelton , BClocation.

The Assistant Store Manager strives to make our stores a great place to shop for our Customers. We rely on you to provide super-friendly service, maintain a clean and customer-friendly environment, merchandise the store and support the Store Manager in leading the team.

• Open and close the store
• Supervise the store and lead the team in the absence of the Store Manager

• Order, receive and stock merchandise
• Set up windows and in-store displays and signage
• Complete timely and accurate inventory cycle counts
• Process product returns, price changes and mark downs
• Provide excellent Customer Service at the register and otherwise
• Recruit, train and schedule Associates & Keyholders
• Submit reports and Payroll to Home Office
• Assist the Store Manager with store paperwork, emails and other projects

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

• General experience in retail for 2-3 years
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment

• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Pay: $20.00/hour
