Job summary

Red Apple Stores Moosomin, SK is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team, ensuring superb customer service and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You will open/close the store, supervise in the absence of the Store Manager, manage merchandising and signage, and handle payroll and reports to the Home Office. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• General experience in retail (2-3 years)
• Excellent Customer Service skills

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store
• Supervise the store and lead the team in the absence of the store manager
• Provide excellent Customer Service and attend to customer needs at the register and otherwise
• Order, receive and stock merchandise
• Set up windows and in-store displays and signage
• Complete timely cycle counts
• Process product returns, price changes and markdowns
• Recruit, train and schedule associates and keyholders
• Submit reports and payroll to Home Office
• Report Loss Prevention, Health & Safety and damages incidents
• Maintain and delegate daily tour book entries/store tasks
• Make bank deposits
• Attend to daily paperwork and emails

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager in our Moosomin, SK location.

The Assistant Store Manager strives to make our stores a great place to shop for our Customers. We rely on you to provide super-friendly service, maintain a clean and customer-friendly environment, merchandise the store and support the Store Manager in leading the team.
