Job summary

Dollarama in Lac-Sainte-Marie, Canada, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence, lead staff, and contribute to merchandising, training, and performance evaluations. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of retail experience.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.
• Helping with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues.
