Job summary

Dollarama in Drummondville is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve sales goals. You will act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence, assist with staff leadership, merchandising, and store safety.

The role requires at least two years of retail experience with supervisory duties, open availability, and strong leadership and communication skills to manage a fast-paced environment and coach the team toward targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of retail experience.

• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
