What You’ll Do
  • Support store performance by managing sales, expenses, and key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a focus on minimizing shrink and damages.
  • Attract, recruit, and develop top talent through comprehensive training and ongoing support. Serve as a mentor and role model, fostering a positive environment for staff and customers.
  • Communicate and execute action plans for projects, targets, initiatives, and store changes. Contribute to succession planning to meet future staffing needs.
  • Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service goals. Coordinate loss prevention and operational programs, and optimize store layout and efficiency.
About You
  • Minimum 2 years retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
  • Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence, give feedback, and mentor.
  • Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention, with strong follow-through skills.
