- The target salary range for this position is $49,908 - $52,550 per year based on experience. We offer a clear path for career advancement with wage increases along the way.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to fulfill customers’ needs at the front counter.
- Managing administrative duties such as payables, cash reports, and related tasks.
- Communicating effectively with team members to support problem-solving.
- Taking on diverse roles throughout the day, including sales and service, mentoring team members, planning and executing goals, and handling administrative tasks.
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn the business by gaining hands-on experience in the service area.
- Assisting in managing Kal Tire’s assets and cash flow in alignment with company standards and expectations.
- Collaborating with the Store Manager to implement strategies and ensure completion of supporting activities to achieve desired outcomes.
- Operating with confidence and sound judgment under pressure, while effectively prioritizing tasks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role (preferred).
- A valid Driver’s License.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; management training is an asset (preferred).
- Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs as needed.
