Day to Day Responsibilities:u00A0u00A0u00A0 u00A0

• Providing exceptional customer service to fulfill customersu2019 needs at the front counter.
• Managing administrative duties such as payables, cash reports, and related tasks.
• Communicating effectively with team members to support problem-solving.
• Taking on diverse roles throughout the day, including sales and service, mentoring team members, planning and executing goals, and handling administrative tasks.
• Demonstrating a willingness to learn the business by gaining hands-on experience in the service area.
• Assisting in managing Kal Tireu2019s assets and cash flow in alignment with company standards and expectations.
• Collaborating with the Store Manager to implement strategies and ensure completion of supporting activities to achieve desired outcomes.
• Operating with confidence and sound judgment under pressure, while effectively prioritizing tasks.u00A0

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role (preferred).
• A valid Driveru2019s License.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; management training is an asset (preferred).
• Capable of lifting 30u201350 lbs as needed.
