North Shore Acura, part of Dilawri Group of Companies, is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the Service Department and help deliver a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

The role reports to the Service Manager and focuses on assisting Service Advisors, coordinating appointments, and ensuring service processes are followed. This is a commission-based position.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in an automotive service environment.
• General understanding of vehicle mechanics and service operations.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

• Maintain accurate service records and reporting in accordance with manufacturer and dealership requirements.
• Support adherence to dealership processes, standards, and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with technicians and other departments to promote efficient workflow.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused service environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the Service Department.

Position Overview

North Shore Acurais currently looking to fill the positionof Assistant Service Manager. Reporting to the Service Manager, thisrole supports the day-to-day operations of the Service Department andcontributes to delivering a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

The Assistant Service Manager plays an important role insupporting Service Advisors, assisting with operational oversight, ensuringservice processes are followed, and helping to resolve customer concerns. Thisposition works closely with customers, technicians, and dealership leadershipto support efficient service operations and a positive service experience.

This is a Commission based position.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager with the dailyoperations of the Service Department

• Contribute to continuous improvement effortswithin the Service Department
• Perform other duties as assigned to supportservice operations

Qualifications Required

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of combined experience in anautomotive service environment (e.g., Service Advisor, Technician, ShopForeperson, or related role)
• General understanding of vehicle mechanics and service operations
