Job summary

KidStrong Kleinburg is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to drive lead conversions and provide exceptional member experiences. You will manage inquiries from first contact through trial classes and membership decisions, building strong relationships with families and guiding them to the best class options for their children.

This role is hands-on with a focus on sales, member experiences, and community outreach, requiring effective communication across phone, text, email, and in-person

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage a large number of leads and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads quickly and professionally by phone, text, and email.
• Follow up with leads using CRM and follow-up processes.
• Build relationships with families and explain KidStrong programs and memberships.
• Book trial classes and guide families to join as members.
• Follow up after trials to address questions and objections and close sales.
• Maintain notes and lead statuses in CRM.
• Meet sales and conversion targets.
