Job summary

KidStrong Kleinburg is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager to connect with prospective families, manage leads through trial classes, and guide memberships. You will drive trial bookings, respond to inquiries, and help convert interest into memberships while delivering a welcoming family experience at our Kleinburg centre.

This role focuses on sales leadership, customer experience, and community outreach, with a schedule of evenings and weekends at our Kleinburg location.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of previous sales experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new technology.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new leads quickly and professionally by phone, text, and email.
• Follow up with leads using CRM and established processes.
• Build relationships with prospective families and explain KidStrong programs and memberships.
• Book trial classes and help families choose the right class.
• Convert qualified leads and trial families into members.
• Maintain accurate notes and lead statuses in CRM.
• Meet sales and membership conversion goals.
