Realstar is a leading residential property management firm in Canada with a broad portfolio of properties. We are seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to support leasing, maintenance, and resident services at our Sarnia-area properties.

The role focuses on on-site resident interactions, reliable scheduling, and teamwork. You will assist with rent collection, showings, and light maintenance while upholding Realstar's service standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Good teamwork and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rents are collected on a timely basis.
• Show and lease suites to prospective tenants.
• Clean common areas of property.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Prepare apartments for new residents.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
• Respond to on-call requests.

The Opportunity

Realstar is a leading residential property management company with over 160 properties across Canada. Our properties are clean, quiet and attract quality residents who will attest to our unique standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis
• Show and sell suites to prospective tenants
• Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
• Minor maintenance repairs
• Preparing apartments for new residents
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
• Assisting with leasing suites
• Responding to on-call requests

Requirements Of Assistant Resident Managers

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Cleaning experience
• Minor maintenance skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to perform in a team environment
• Ability to work some evening and weekends
