Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live and work at one of our Cornwall, ON properties. You will join a 2-person on-site team, work four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and be on-call some evenings.

Key duties include collecting rents, showing and leasing suites, cleaning common areas, minor maintenance, preparing apartments for new residents, delivering customer service, and supporting leasing activities and on-call responses.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Cleaning experience
• Minor maintenance skills
• Customer service skills
• Ability to perform in a team environment
• Ability to work some evening and weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis
• Show and sell suites to prospective tenants
• Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators)
• Minor maintenance repairs
• Preparing apartments for new residents
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
• Assisting with leasing suites
• Responding to on-call requests

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person team to live and work at one of our properties in Cornwall, ON. This position would require you to live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.
