Job summary

Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live and work at a Cornwall, Ontario property. The role requires on-site residency, sharing an apartment and working four weekdays per week, every second weekend, with on-call some evenings.

Key duties include rent collection, showing/ leasing suites, cleaning common areas, basic maintenance, apartment prep, and delivering exceptional resident service. Base compensation is $33,000 per person per year plus a signing bonus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Cleaning experience.
• Minor maintenance skills.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to perform in a team environment.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rents are collected on a timely basis.
• Show and sell suites to prospective tenants.
• Clean common areas of the property (hallways, stairs, elevators).
• Minor maintenance repairs.
• Preparing apartments for new residents.
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.
• Assisting with leasing suites.
• Responding to on-call requests.
