Our Project Management team is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join us in Ottawa.

What You Get To Do

  • Monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures under the guidance of the Project Manager, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Participating in meetings, managing stakeholder views, and ensuring projects align with established frameworks and documentation standards.
  • Identifying project changes, providing administrative support, and undertaking tasks as required to maintain workflow continuity.
  • Ensuring continuous feedback from annual reviews contributes to professional growth and project effectiveness.
  • Occasionally networking to promote the business, building client relationships, cross-selling services, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintaining familiarity with the local market, industry players, upcoming projects, and providing regular updates, while ensuring reports are thoroughly reviewed before submission.

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience working on capital projects, including design and construction phases
  • University Degree or equivalent to any of the following, Construction Project Management, Architecture or Structural/Civil Engineering, etc.
