The Position:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team and support the successful delivery of engineering projects from start to finish.

What will you be doing?

As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure projects stay on track, on time, and on budget. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation
  • Tracking project deliverables and timelines
  • Preparing and organizing project files, reports, and correspondence
  • Communicating with internal teams, clients, and consultants to gather and distribute information
  • Supporting proposal preparation and project setup in our management systems
  • Assisting with invoicing, budget tracking, and contract administration
  • Attending project meetings and recording meeting minutes
  • Helping manage workloads and priorities to keep multiple projects running smoothly

What you bring?

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management tools
  • Experience in an engineering, architecture, or construction environment is considered an asset
  • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a high attention to detail
  • Diploma or degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred
