A leading company in the electric sector is seeking an Assistant Production Planner for a co-op opportunity in Toronto. The role involves scheduling production, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with teams to resolve planning issues. Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic environment as part of a dedicated team.
The Assistant Production Planner plays an important role within the production planning department, leveraging their knowledge and understanding of business needs to handle the planning of resources for assigned product lines. The Assistant Production Planner plans, measures, and monitors capacities of a product line within the organization. They also resolve issues related to the planning of individual production lines. They play a vital role in problem - solving within Oracle ERP and keeping production running.
Work Term : Fall 2025 : 4 Months (Sept - Dec 2025) or 8 Months (Sept 2025 - Apr 2026)
Work Arrangement : On-site, 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)
