What you’ll do: The Assistant Produce Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
Provides leadership to the team through scheduling and assigning work, coaching and motivating. Will be responsible for recruitment, training and development of employees with the assistance of the Fresh Food Manager.
Ensures prompt and efficient, and friendly customer service is provided at all times.
Assists the Fresh Food Manager with the administration and achievement of budgeted department goals and financial targets, provides support in brand initiatives, and is responsible for coordination and supervision of all applicable company policies and procedures.
