Maersk in Canada seeks a Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Manager to lead warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment across multiple facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant daily execution while driving productivity and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• Several years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
• Previous experience leading frontline or supervisory teams in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing operational performance, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety, compliance, and operational best practices.

Position Summary

The Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for leading warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment operations across facilities such as CFS, CY, inland depots, bonded warehouses, and other managed locations. This role combines operational leadership with people management, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of daily activities while driving productivity, service excellence, and business objectives.
