Assistant Sales Manager
Job Summary:
At Serpa Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, we are committed to delivering exceptional automotive experiences and we are looking for an energetic and driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our growing sales team.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations of the sales department
  • Support and mentor sales consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Ensure inventory is managed and maintained online (Auto Trader, Website)
  • Help develop and implement effective sales strategies and lead-generation activities
  • Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns professionally
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with management on ordering and marketing efforts

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in automotive sales; leadership experience is a strong asset
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency in CRM software and dealership management systems (e.g., CDK, One EIghty)
