Job summary

Schweitzer is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the team and coordinate property maintenance projects across the Blue Mountains resort in Ontario.

You will supervise tasks, onboard new hires, perform weekly property audits, plan daily work, and ensure safety compliance. A valid G license and reliable transportation are required, along with 3 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years Landscape and/or Property Maintenance (including Snow Removal) experience is mandatory.
• Possess a working knowledge of all staff roles and equipment in the Grounds Department.
• Experience in light and medium sized equipment operation is required.
• Must show competency with using the basic Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) as well as the Internet.
• Valid G Drivers License
• Reliable transportation
