Job summary

Sam's Pizza recherche un manager pour superviser les opérations quotidiennes, diriger une équipe et assurer la satisfaction client dans un environnement de restauration rapide et dynamique.

Le poste exige un diplôme collégial (1–2 ans), une expérience pertinente et un certificat Safe Food Handling. Le candidat doit être capable de travailler en horaires variés et sous pression tout en assurant le respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.

Responsibilities

• Évaluer les opérations quotidiennes.
• Modifier les méthodes de préparation et les prix du menu selon le budget du restaurant.
• Surveiller la performance du personnel.
• Planifier et organiser les opérations quotidiennes.
• Rédiger les plans de travail et affecter le personnel.
• Recruter le personnel et établir les horaires.
• Former le personnel et superviser les activités.
• Définir le type de services et appliquer les procédures opérationnelles.
• Réaliser les évaluations de performance et gérer les stocks.
• Négocier avec les fournisseurs et assurer la sécurité alimentaire.
• Gérer les plaintes des clients et assurer le service client.
• Organiser les événements et gérer l’inventaire.
