Charm Diamond Centres in Canada is seeking a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead a team of sales associates and deliver exceptional customer service in a jewellery environment.

You will manage scheduling, coaching, and sales targets, while maintaining displays and ensuring loss prevention procedures, with a focus on building relationships and a positive culture.
