Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group is seeking a customer-focused store supervisor to lead a team and ensure daily operations run smoothly in the Outaouais region. You will oversee scheduling, performance reviews, and onboarding, while upholding our brand standards and service excellence.

Applicants with management experience are preferred, but we offer training for candidates with industry experience who show potential. Expect a collaborative, flexible environment with a competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities

• To see to continuous improvement of customer service.
• Plan, distribute and supervise the work to be done by employees under your responsibility.
• To carry out, in collaboration with the management team, various management tasks such as hiring, performance evaluations or planning team's schedules.
• To see to the opening and closing and to ensure that the store is well run and clean.
• To contribute, in collaboration with the management team, to maintain a commercial image that respects the Jean Coutu Group standards.
• To see to the training of employees under your responsibility.

Job description

If you don't have management experience:

• but you have a proven track record in our industry... We will train you;


• if you have experience in retail management, this is a solid asset!
