What a Typical Workday Looks Like

Under your manager's support, you'll ensure the store runs smoothly and your team provides excellent customer service. As acting manager, your responsibilities include meeting goals, maintaining standards, and motivating your team to excel.

Sales

  • Optimize store performance and profitability;
  • Train team members in customer support and sales techniques;
  • Analyze sales results and develop solutions for improvement;
  • Schedule employees based on performance to manage payroll;
  • Communicate sales goals to your team;
  • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge;
  • Coordinate tasks with management to ensure smooth operations.

Human Resources

  • Create a positive work environment fostering excellence and pride;
  • Bring our brand vision and culture to life;
  • Demonstrate leadership and act as a role model;
  • Build a high-performance team through recruitment, training, and sourcing;
  • Manage work schedules and participate in performance evaluations;

Marketing and Visual Presentation

  • Master product knowledge and features;
  • Create attractive store displays based on planograms;
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitors;
  • Build customer loyalty and showcase brand image;
  • Plan incoming orders and visual displays;
  • Maintain store cleanliness and collaborate with mall administration.

Administration

  • Analyze reports to optimize sales and productivity;
  • Manage store opening and closing;
  • Control expenses;

  • Support team with additional duties as needed.
