Job Description

Retailors is a leading retailer specializing in sports and athleisure, with a global presence in Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Israel. We are expanding rapidly, and the Store Director role is key to our growth in Nike retail stores in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager (Head Coach) by managing store functions such as sales, merchandising, operations, or supervising specific sections.
• Perform store management duties in the absence of the Head Coach.
• Coordinate daily activities of support staff and set team priorities.
• Apply management skills to improve efficiency and meet operational goals.
• Recruit and hire top talent to foster a diverse, energetic environment.
• Set employee priorities and develop plans to meet short-term goals.
• Support brand initiatives, participate in programs, and prepare activity reports.
• Communicate with the Visual team and oversee physical store maintenance.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Passion for sports and / or sports fashion.
• Availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and overnight shifts if needed.
